ESPANOLA, New Mexico. – Clarence Rivas, a 6-0 shooting guard from El Paso, TX has signed a letter of intent to play at Northern. Rivas will transfer from the University of the Southwest in Hobbs with two years of eligibility remaining and major in Elementary Education.
