ESPANOLA, New Mexico. – The Northern New Mexico College Athletic Department is seeking applications to fill several part-time/ temporary head coaching positions, when these positions become available, for the following sports: Men & women’s cross country, men & women’s golf, men & women’s bowling and cheerleading. Duties will include all aspects involved in leading an NAIA division II intercollegiate athletic program. This is a pool posting and will remain open until filled.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, coaching experience in that particular sport preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, previous head coaching experience in that particular sport preferred.

Duties will include coaching, recruiting, scheduling, supervising an assistant coach, monitoring student-athletes’ eligibility and academic progress, developing a disciplined team, fund raising, public relations, and taking accountability in all financial matters related to travel, purchasing equipment and overseeing the sport’s budget.
